As the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be the strategic planning and operations arm for the Sales team. You will be accountable for identifying and reporting on key indicators of performance and market opportunity, using those findings to put forth actionable recommendations. Responsibilities will include daily operations, projects such as business planning, market analysis, pipeline forecast & analysis, coverage optimization, and ongoing performance measurement and reporting. Deliverables shall be strategic recommendations and the operational cadence that drives growth alongside with Regional Sales Leader. You will function as the primary liaison among the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems teams to support worldwide sales efforts. You will be someone who can balance operational with strategic, is not afraid to ask tough questions and is an analytics machine that is seeking a high visibility role in a face-paced, startup and dynamic environment. This position reports directly to the VP, Business Operations.
