Our talented executive leadership team reflects this global mind-set. Comprised of five nationalities, from across six continents and with on average 15+ years of experience, they have all personally faced the challenges of relocating in their professional lives. Each bringing with them a unique sense of empathy and enthusiasm for the space, they are committed to finding solutions for the greatest complexities within global mobility management.

This is brought to life every day for our customers in our leadership's passion and excitement for building leading technology solutions that are re-defining the global movement of talent.

Brynne Kennedy

Brynne is our CEO and Founder. She believes in a global, mobile workforce where talent can be found and deployed from anywhere, to anywhere. Brynne has pledged 1% of revenue to the company philanthropy, Mobility4All, which helps refugees.


Steve is our Co-Founder and VP, Technology. Under his leadership, MOVE Guides has won numerous awards for our innovative products and services. Prior to MG, Steve was an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman, analyzing data and building web tools for clients.


Giles is our VP, Engineering, where he is responsible for engineering strategy, execution, QA, operations and security. Prior to joining MOVE Guides, Giles spent 10 years at OpenBet, the world’s leading provider of online betting and gaming solutions.


Rachael is our VP, People and Culture, where she is responsible for people operations, organizational development and culture across all teams and offices. Rachael is a business-focused HR leader and has more than 15 years experience in HR.


Blake is our VP, Global Sales, where he is responsible recruiting and leading our worldwide sales team. Blake has moved five times in seven years, and is well aware of the agony of relocation for families and HR.


Don is our VP, Global Alliances and is responsible for building strategic partnerships that drive incremental revenue for MOVE Guides and its strategic partners. Don has over 30 years of experience building and managing high performance organizations.


Mei is our VP, Business Operations, where she is responsible for training, enablement and operations for our inside and field teams. Prior to MG, Mei led finance and sales operations at Lithium through the company's 20x revenue growth. 

Giorgio Weston

Giorgio is our SVP, Customer Success and leads MOVE Guides' broader services organization. He joins our team from Lithium, where he lead all Global Services.


Dale is our VP, Finance, where he is responsible for our finance operations as the company undertakes its next phase of growth. Bringing 25 years of experience in finance, Brown was most recently the VP of Finance and Corporate Controller for Imperva.


Laura is our VP, Product Management, responsible for driving product strategy and delivering innovative products for our customers. She has extensive experience leading product organizations, and was most recently VP of Product Management at Intapp.


Todd is our VP, Marketing, where he leads the company's global marketing and communications strategy, with over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications for some of the best-known brands on the planet.

Silver Keskkula

Silver is our VP, Data Science and Research, overseeing our data strategy and AI initiatives. Silver joined MOVE Guides through the acquisition of Teleport and prior to that spent a decade optimizing Skype's p2p network.

Sten Tamkivi

Sten is our VP, Product, Employees and Marketplace, overseeing how we serve the people on the move with our software and vendor network. Sten is a lifelong entrepreneur, an early executive at Skype and more recently the founder CEO of Teleport (acquired in 2017).


Lincoln is our Chief Puppy Officer. Working at his first startup, Lincoln's core responsiblities include brightening your day, greeting guests (albeit slobberly), playing fetch and bringing the MOVE Guides company culture to life.
