Andy Hill

Customer Success Manager, London

Andy looks after MOVE Guides' European customers, based in our London HQ. He is responsible to drive the on-going success of their mobility programs, and make their lives easier through the use of technology. Andy started his career in recruiting as a talent consultant. He then decided to apply his extensive recruitment skills at Broadbean, a SaaS-based job aggregation and talent acquisition technology leader, helping them grow the business from 20 employees to over 200 and become a global market leader.

During his 8 years at Broadbean, Andy covered a broad range of roles across enterprise client relationships, product implementation and integration, training, customer success, best practice consultation and evangelising new products and workflows. Andy is passionate about building solid, communicative client relationships and eliciting positive feedback. In his free time, he loves slow cooking and scoring goals for his football team. 


Leona Leong

Customer Success Manager, San Francisco

Leona is a member of our customer success team in the US where she partners closely with customers to drive on-going success for their mobility programs, and make their lives easier through the use of technology. Prior to MOVE Guides, Leona was at Aperian Global, an inter-cultural training and development organization, where she worked with HR leaders at Fortune 500 companies to create and implement cultural training tools and learning programs.

Before that, Leona was amongst the first 75 employees at Achievers, a cloud-based employee recognition company, and relocated from Toronto to San Francisco to help open up the US office.Leona holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and considers herself a professional expat, having lived abroad on and off since the age of six months.  


Phil O'Hagan

Solution Delivery Manager

Phil is a member of our solution delivery team, working with our customers across the globe to set up our technology and processes to support mobility programs of all types. Phil previously was a Manager in Accenture's Workplace Technology Services practice, working with technology to improve collaboration, productivity and day to day interactions with some of the world's largest companies and public sector clients. 

Before starting at Accenture, he worked with the Bright Ideas Trust, an enterprise charity supporting young people in London to start their own businesses through funding and education. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Warwick, spending time as part of his degree in North America and spends most of his free time on the hockey pitch- playing, umpiring and volunteering.
