By default, MOVE Guides treats all of its customers as 'VIPs' - we truly believe in providing the best possible service to all of your employees, and do not have tiers of service level or quality depending on seniority of the employee. However, we also accept that you will have certain employees who require additional attention, whether this be because they are senior employees of your organization or have challenging personal situations. To account for this, we offer the following additional services for your “VIP” relocations and assignments:

  • Use of relocation partners specifically catering to high touch VIP moves
  • Small touches such as welcome baskets or personal check in for accommodation
  • Prioritised expense reimbursements
  • Increased frequency of 'check ins' with employee and family
  • Coordinating more widely with personal assistant or family member
  • Special processes for raising escalations or exceptions to your team
  • Specific reporting configured for VIP populations, highlighting key metrics and milestones
