Ariel Eckstein

Ariel has been the Managing Director of LinkedIn EMEA since March 2011. Prior to his current role, Ariel was Director of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business in EMEA. He has a broad background in online services, customer experience and internet start-ups. Before joining LinkedIn, Ariel served as Vice President of Business Expansion for AOL Europe Sarl. Back in the US, he was a Principal of New York City Investment
Fund Manager, Inc., served as Chief Operating Officer at ClickThings.com and worked seven years as an Engagement Manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Millicom International Cellular SA since May 2013. Ariel holds an MBA from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.


David Windley

David is a human resource professional with more than 30 years of experience guiding human resources leadership and execution at companies in domestic and international markets. He is the former Chief Human Resources Officer at Yahoo! and Fusion-io. He is currently the President of IQTalent Partners, a professional services firm focused on talent acquisition. David has also served as general manager of HR
supporting the chief operating officer’s organization at Microsoft, where he had responsibilities for leading international HR. Before that, he was Vice President of HR at Intuit Inc., and previous to that he worked for 10 years at Silicon Graphics.David holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a BsC from San Diego State University.


Andy Leaver

Andy is currently Vice President of International Operations at Hortonworks. He has extensive experience building and leading exceptional international teams in highly disruptive technology companies. For the last 15 years he has placed himself at the intersection of the tectonic shifts in the software industry, building international teams from scratch in Cloud, Social and Big Data businesses. His passion for technology and leadership has helped him create exponential growth at Ariba,
SuccessFactors, Bazaarvoice, Workday and Hortonworks – all starting from humble beginnings and resulting in world leading companies.Andy is a true citizen of the world having lived in Europe, Asia and the US during his career. He holds a MEng in Microelectronic Systems from the University of Manchester.


Will Uppington

Will is Head of Customer Success and GM, Organic Search at BloomReach. He has years of product management and marketing experience under his belt. Previously, he was Director of Product Management at Clearwell Systems, where he built a market-leading product that tripled in revenues in his last year at the company. Prior to that, he worked in product marketing and management at Juniper Networks, which acquired his previous companies, Netscreen and Neoteris.
Will managed the SSL VPN product line, growing it over 300% to a $110M+ revenue run rate. He also spent several years building early-stage tech companies at Advent International and as a strategy consultant at BCG. Will holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker and Siebel Scholar.


Jonathan Howell

Jonathan Howell is the Chief Technology Officer at Made.com and the former Chief Technology Officer at Huddle, where he helped grow the business into an industry leading enterprise collaboration platform. Jonathan has more than 10 years’ experience delivering industry-leading technology solutions in both blue chip and dot.com environments. He has successfully led large software development projects, 
process improvement initiatives and enterprise architecture projects. Prior to joining Huddle, Jonathan was Director of Software Development at Travelocity, where he led the convergence of technology systems across numerous acquired companies. Jonathan holds a Masters in Engineering and Computer Science from Oxford University.
