The Challenge

The way in which Dairy Farm moved employees from Point A to Point B was quite similar to how many other companies currently complete this task - manually. The company’s Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) would call different vendors to book flights, arrange shipping, conduct home searches, etc. There was no centralized tracking system to determine costs. It had to be gathered by hand for 11 locations and more than 50 assignees at any given time. Without a global mobility platform Dairy Farm had limited technology to support their relocation efforts, let alone provide visibility into program data or give employees modern relocation tools.
